Hi all weather has changed as i just looked out of the window at 7.30 am and it has snowed with a covering of a 1 inch.
As some of you have to travel some distance you might have it worse then us over here.
The event is still going ahead put i don't expect to see many Lotus cars turn up ????.
But the weather could change by 11am the sun could be out .
Sorry can not book the weather tried but failed.

Snow brings out the "Scott" spirit in Lotus drivers, I'm looking forward to my Captain Oates moment. I'm going to give it a go, see you there.

Hi All
Just been out for a short drive. The main roads are clear only the smaller side roads are covered in packed snow. The driving is not difficult, in the Solihull area at least.
See you there.

Only 1"...! 5 miles away we've got 3" and still falling, the road out of the village is the usual skating rink.
I'll go with the optimist Eddie and see what 11.00 brings, otherwise see you in a car of another colour.

It's melting furiously here in South Warwickshire at the moment. I'd be surprised if the main roads aren't all very easy.

Hi Eddie and all.
I can't get my Europa out from our residential area....
So unfortunatelly I'm going to miss all today (with no prize...aghhh!)
Drive carefully who's going to attend today's long awaited event.
See you all in up coming future events.
Cheers.

Thank You Eddie!
A big thank you to Eddie for arranging this morning's breakfast drive out. Despite the weather keeping a few people at home there was a fine turn out of members and their cars and fun was had by all.

Many thanks to all for the friendly welcome show to Karen & I this morning and also to Eddie for organising the meet.
It’s not every day that you win an Esprit for being late – I can thank Karen and her straighteners for that

I agree, thanks for organising this Eddie ... made for a great first meeting of the year and the long drive back over the Cotswold's also proved that I need a new exhaust before I attempt Scotand in May! Mine split on the journey home.
I have downloaded the photos taken by Tash and Sue and will have them on the Website tonight ... so sit tight for the link and feel free to ask for any original copies.
