Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

AGM

It's time to remind you that the Club's Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 8 March 2010 at 8.15 pm at the Clock Warehouse Pub, at Shardlow, Nr Derby, DE72 2HL.

This is the usual venue and date of the LDC East Midlands meeting.

We need you to come and support this important event. We presently have a strong and active Comittee but some of them want to retire from duty and we would love to have some fresh blood. In particular we are looking for a General secretary and a Membership Secretary. If you would like to get involved and could make about 4 meetings a year, usually in the midlands area then you could be the one to help run our Club. If you are interested just email me at my usual email address or leave a message here.

Even if you can't stand for Committe why not come along and have a say in how the Club is run.

Please make the effort and put it in your diary now.

I shall be attending the AGM and will be able to bring some Regalia to sell. If anyone wants a particular
item let me know and I will make sure to bring it along. We now have some new Beanie Hats, great for open top driving (especially in Scotland!) and a new supply of sun strips - an essential item for summer driving.
